Mesotherapy in Vaughan & Toronto

Mesotherapy delivers a tailored solution — typically hyaluronic acid with vitamins, minerals and amino acids — into the superficial layers of the skin through a series of very small injections, rather than relying on a cream to reach that depth.

It is about skin quality: hydration, glow and fine surface texture. It does not add volume, lift, or relax muscles. If your concern is a fold, a hollow or a line caused by movement, a filler or a wrinkle relaxer is the right tool and you will be told so.

Being straightforward about it: mesotherapy is not Health Canada approved as a treatment (the products used are Health Canada approved, but not for injection, so injecting them is considered off-label use, which is legal), and the published evidence is thinner than for fillers or neuromodulators. It is widely practised and generally well tolerated, but you should know where it sits before you spend money on a course.

Consultations are complimentary, confidential and carry no obligation. We see clients from across Vaughan, Maple, Woodbridge, Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill and north Toronto.

Facial Mesotherapy

Hydration and glow, not volume

A series of micro-injections across the face, and often the neck and décolletage, placing hydrating ingredients where a topical product cannot reach.

It suits dull, dehydrated or tired-looking skin, and people who want a fresher surface without any change to their features. Results build over a course of sessions and require maintenance to hold — this is upkeep, not a permanent change.

  • Treats: dehydration, dullness, fine surface texture
  • Adds no volume and changes no features
  • A course of sessions, then maintenance
  • Health Canada approved products, used off-label (legal)

Hair Mesotherapy

For the scalp

The same approach applied to the scalp, delivering vitamins and amino acids into thinning areas. No blood draw is involved, which is the main practical difference from PRP.

The two are frequently combined. As above, the evidence here is weaker than for PRP, and it will not restore hair where the follicle is gone.

  • No blood draw
  • Often run alongside PRP
  • Works on thinning, not on long-established bald areas

Microneedling With Mesotherapy

Two routes into the same skin

Microneedling opens micro-channels and the mesotherapy solution is applied into them, so the ingredients go deeper than injection alone would place them while the needling separately prompts the skin’s repair response.

It is the better choice when texture is a concern alongside hydration. Full detail is on the microneedling page.

  • Addresses texture and hydration together
  • 24–48 hours of redness
  • No blood draw needed

Frequently Asked Questions

Not as a treatment: the products used are Health Canada approved, but not for injection, so injecting them is considered off-label use, which is legal. The evidence base is thinner than for fillers or botulinum toxin. It is widely practised and generally well tolerated. We would rather you knew that before booking than found out afterwards.

The injections are very superficial and use a fine needle. Topical numbing is applied first. Most people describe small stings rather than pain.

Expect small raised bumps at the injection points for a few hours to a day, and possible pinpoint bruising. Most people return to normal activity straight away but would not choose to be photographed the same evening.

Filler is a gel placed to restore volume or change contour. Mesotherapy places a thin hydrating solution superficially to improve skin quality. Different problems, different tools — and if you describe a volume concern, you will be pointed at filler rather than sold a course of this.

Usually a course of several sessions a few weeks apart, then maintenance. It is upkeep by nature; the effect fades without it.

It is not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active skin infections, or with certain autoimmune and bleeding conditions. Your medical history is reviewed first.
