Customised Skin Care & Acne Treatments in Vaughan & Toronto

In-clinic treatments work considerably better on skin that is well looked after between appointments. A peel or a microneedling session is a few hours of your year; your routine is the other 364 days, and it is usually where the real progress is made or lost.

A plan here starts with your skin, your history and what you will realistically keep doing — not with a shelf of products. A twelve-step routine nobody follows is worth less than four steps used consistently.

For acne in particular, sequence matters: get the breakouts under control first, then treat what they left behind. Treating scarring while skin is actively inflamed tends to make things worse.

Consultations are complimentary, confidential and carry no obligation. We see clients from across Vaughan, Maple, Woodbridge, Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill and north Toronto.

ZO Skin Health

Medical-grade products, prescribed to your skin

ZO Skin Health is a medical-grade line available through clinics rather than retail counters, with active concentrations that need someone to match them to your skin and tell you how to introduce them. Used wrongly — too much, too fast — strong actives cause irritation that sets you back.

A plan typically covers the essentials: cleansing, an exfoliating or corrective step, a targeted active for your specific concern, and daily sun protection. Retinoids in particular are introduced gradually, not started nightly on day one.

You can order directly through our practice link, and products are also discussed at your consultation so you are not buying blind.

  • Medical-grade concentrations, clinic-only
  • Matched to your skin and introduced gradually
  • Built around what you will actually keep doing

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Skincare is recommended where it will help your result, and you are free to use whatever you already own or buy elsewhere. If your current routine is working, you will be told to keep it.

Higher active concentrations than retail products, sold through clinics so that someone assesses your skin and directs how they are used. It is not automatically better for everyone — stronger actives used badly cause more problems than a gentle routine used well.

Mild to moderate acne often responds well to a proper routine combined with in-clinic treatment. Severe, cystic or scarring acne needs a physician or dermatologist — prescription treatment is outside a nurse’s independent scope, and you will be referred rather than kept here.

Skin turnover takes roughly a month, so give a new routine six to eight weeks before judging it. Pigmentation and scarring take considerably longer. An initial purge or mild irritation when starting actives is common — we will tell you what is expected and what is not.

Yes. UVA passes through cloud and glass year-round and is the wavelength most associated with ageing and pigmentation. Daily sunscreen is the single highest-return step in any routine, and skipping it undermines every other treatment you pay for.

Some actives, retinoids in particular, are avoided. Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive and the plan will be adjusted.
